Custody Battle, What if he cheats on his drug test and tests negative?
Tommarow my childs father might be drug tested upon my request in court. I have 1 noterized statement of a minor seeing him sell drugs to another minor, and I have an Instant message from his mother stateing that she agrees with me about his drug problem, will these hold up in court, No! he does’nt have any previous record of drug use, he’s never been busted. He is collecting unemployment, but he was a security guard for the past 5 years he would do drugs at work. Anyway I found out and left him right away. He is a very vindictive person, and he probably will cheat on the test he’s a pro. What will happen does a clean test make me look like a fool, or can I still request him to be tested before visitation, I did file Visitation depending on drug test results?
It’s not that I want to keep him away from the baby, I just want to make sure he’s clean when he does see him you know. What if he shows up with a lawyer, what can he do I am a clean fit mother?
Request a hair drug test. They are more expensive, but let the courts know that he is a pro and will cheat to pass the drug test. There is NO way of cheating with a hair test. The hair test can even tell you how long he has been doing drugs…
